Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Commencement: Loyalty Program (formerly known as the Executive Rewards Program) on 1st February 2016.

2. Redemption of Loyalty Points: The loyalty points issued by Executive Distributors PTY LTD can be redeemed exclusively for gifts.

3. Eligibility: Loyalty Program is available only to account customers who meet the necessary eligibility requirements.

4. Monthly Account Statement: We will issue a regular account statement at the end of each month. If your account is paid within the approved credit terms, your spending for that month will be converted into loyalty points, and an advisory email will be sent from the Loyalty Program website.

5. Gift Redemption:  A gift, or a combination of gifts, can be redeemed at any time up to the value of your current points balance.

6. Expiry of Loyalty Points: Unused loyalty points will expire after a period of 12 months.

7. Delivery of Gifts: After redemption is completed through the online platform, gifts may take up to three weeks to arrive.

8. Restrictions on Loyalty Points: Loyalty points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

9. Unavailable Gifts:  We cannot be held responsible if a gift becomes unavailable. In such cases, a gift of equal value and quality will be substituted.

10. Warranties, Refunds, and Exchanges: Warranties, refunds, or exchanges for gifts are subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer or supplier.

11. Liability: Executive Distributors PTY LTD will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any gift obtained through the Loyalty Program.

12. Program Changes and Discontinuation: Executive Distributors PTY LTD reserves the right to update or change product offers or discontinue this Loyalty Program without prior notice.
